If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we want to make it right.

Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase, provided that there is at least 80% of the product remaining. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection to determine if you qualify for a refund.

U.S. and Canada: your return is on us.

Europe + Australia: a $20 USD fee will be deducted from your refund.

All other countries/regions: a $30 USD fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items purchased on our website. Exchanges will be made with items of less or equal value, and a $6.50 USD shipping fee will be charged.

Kindly email info@vosbody.com in advance for a return request. Once approved, please ship the package to the below address with the return authorization number included. Please note that merchandise returned to our office without a return authorization will be denied.

Damaged Products

Please contact us immediately at info@vosbody.com if you receive any damaged product(s) in your package. We will replace or ship the appropriate replacements at our expense.
